| Built by Alco in August of 1956, this loco and its sisters spent time in Canada serving the DWP & in the US serving Central Vermont. The orange label on dark green body paint scheme was used fpr tjhe RS11 group which is similar to parent CN yellow label on dark green. The units were built with low speed gearing 65 mph. They were transferred in January of 1965 to Central Vermont and back to DWP in 1968 . In 1977. 10 units once again returned to CV and in 3/1983 the other 5. Originally built with lightweight trucks, they were changed to standard type B heavyweight trucks and regeared to the standard 75 mph. No date, locaiton or photographer was listed for this photo.
