NW 2-8-0 #7 - Norfolk & Western  Contributor's Pick!       
Beautiful original photo by R.P. Morris of the 1897 Burnham, Wms & Co (Baldwin) 2-8-0 Consolidation. After serving the coal fields in West Virginia, it was donated to the city of Bluefield where, as of 2013, resides as a static display in a park. Specs - class G1, bldr #15153, 50" drivers, 180 psi boiler pressure, 20x24" cylinders, engine weight of 120,785 lb, tractive effort of 29,376 lb.
