| Nice crisp original photo of the 1918 Alco-Schenectady built Mikado. No date or location were given but since the tender carries the loco number, it is sometime after 1941. Specs - class N-2, 63" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 26x30" cylinders, engine wt of 292,000 lb, tractive effort of 54,779 lb. With the exception of 1930 (boiler explosion), all retired August 1949 to August 1950. No photographer listed. |
