IHB 3861 & IHB 4018 - Indiana Harbor Belt         
The pair of Indiana Harbor Belt amble slowly next to the massive signal tower that controls a lot of the CSX activity. Note that IHB #4018 wears the IHB logo on its nose - that's what is missing on the lead unit, IHB #3861.
