| Originally built as Bangor & Aroostook BL2 #556 but wearing the Saratoga & North Creek colors, somehow it was eventually purchased by a private owner and brought to the Hoosier Valley RR Museum. It looks spectacular in near mint condition and was started up not long ago. I have a particular fondness for the BL2's. They are the ugly EMD duckling but now looks strangely beautiful. |
