ACL 4-6-0 #7101 - Atlantic Coast Line         
Built by Baldwin in April of 1906, this 4-6-0 ten wheeler was originally Atlanta, Birmingham & Atlantic Rwy (AB&A Ry) 4-6-0 #1603. It then was renumbered several more times - in 1912 to AB&A RR 68 > in 1920 to AB&A RR 101 > in 1926 to Atlanta, Birmingham & Coast RR 101 and finally in 1946 to ACL 7101. After nearly 44 years of service to various rail lines, it was sent to the scrapper's torch in July of 1950. Original specs - 63" drivers, 185 psi boiler pressure, 23x28" cylinders, engien wt of 186,200 lb and tractive effort of 36,970 lb. No location, date or photographer was given for this photo.
