Beautiful looking 4-6-4 Hudson built by the Montreal Locomotive Works in November of 1930. Specs - serial #68530, class H1b, 75" drivers, 275 psi boiler pressure, 22x30" cylinders, engine weight of 351,200 lb, tractive effort of 45,254 lb. The loco was retired in July of 1961. No date, location or photographer was listed for the photo. Thanks to Raymond Kennedy for the location which has 2811 coming from The Glen and at Westmount Tower wanting the signal to go to Windsor Station for passenger train. Thanks, Raymond! |
