Similar to the Budd RDC railcars, this GE/Avco railcar was a second generation Arrow II built in 1974 and originally carried the numbers 534-60. Starting in 1983, the cars were rebuilt to be compatible with the new Arrow III's and were renumbered 1234-1303. Retirement came in 1997. No photographer was listed nor the location of this photo.
