Alco, 10/1952, nee-DH RS3 4119 D&H had their fleet of eight RS3u units rebuilt by Morrison-Knudsen between December of 1975 and march of 1976. Larger Alco prime movers were installed as well as raising the long hood 6 inches and moving the dynamic brake cooling box to behind the cab. The D&H later nicknamed these locos as "Club Foots" since they tended to slip under heavy loads. No date or location was given for the photo so approximates were used.
