Always happy to post a Hoosier related photo and this is no exception. This boxy rebuilt CF7 unit started out as ATSF F7A #308 before being rebuilt into this boxy CF7 unit. Great paint scheme was used on these early INRD units. Although the name was blurry, I believe this slide was taken by George H. Merge. My apologies if I mispelled your name. |

Here is former ATSF CF7 #327 now wearing the sharp, early paint scheme for the Indiana Railroad. Built by EMD in May of 1950 as ATSF F7A #308L, the aging unit was rebuilt as ATSF CF7 #2527 before becoming INRD #200. An unknown photographer took this photo. |
