Description:  Built by EMD in December of 1950 (serial #12665) for the Baltimore & Ohio, this loco is slowly approaching the 1973 merger date of the Chessie System. IMHO, the blue paint scheme was not very eye catching but the capitol logo was one of the best in the industry. Michael A. Tedesco caught this shot in the Cleveland yard.
