Former Wisconsin & Southern loco #4030 is now WAMX 4183 as part of the Watco roster. It is crossing South Pearl street next to the former WSOR roundhouse. Built by EMD in June of 1974 as UP #8007, it bounced around until landing finally as WSOR #4030. After the sale of the WSOR to the Watco Company, it was not repainted but renumbered WAMX 4183. |
