A pair of CR SD50's |
Description: |
Nice pair of new SD50's ordered by Conrail to offset the need for modern power after retiring many of their inherited locos. CR conductor Ken Taylor snapped this shot of the pair as they sat in the Conway yard. The date given for this view was May of 1984 but from the barren trees, it looks like closer to March or April of 1984. |
