TMERL M37 - The Milwaukee Electric Rwy & Light Co
Title:  TMERL M37 - The Milwaukee Electric Rwy & Light Co
Description:  With help from Jerry Laboda, this car appears to have been built as a trailer and never was an actual power car. There is mention of something about the car being used to haul containers and that it was (possibly later) equipped with a "pumper" for use Lakeside. The car now resides at Illinois Rwy. Museum. A contradictory note on the back of the photo state that is was - "M37 Ex-Express Container in Pumper Service, St Francis, WIS Aug 30, 1961". Unknown photographer.

ITC Line Car 1706 - Illinois Terminal Co
Title:  ITC Line Car 1706 - Illinois Terminal Co
Description:  Here is a fairly nice original color slide of the Illinois Terminal line car #1706. Similar to #1702 now preserved at the Illinois Rwy Museum in Union, IL, this line car was probably built by the Illinois Traction System shops around 1922 like #1702 & 1703. The line was converted to diesel in 1958 so the remaining line cars (except 1702) were scrapped. No photographer was listed for the slide.
